Thai Massage | Nuat Boran

We have another class coming up in just a couple of weeks.
Friday, August 8th at 6:00pm, Leslie and I will be
instructing a class in "Nuat Boran" or "Thai Massage" as
americans know it. Nuat Boran is an ancient form of
bodywork from Thailand that has been practiced there for
over 2,500 years. We will be teaching you how to share
this fantastic work with your friends and family to keep
them and yourself loose and limber. It incorporates the
use of our feet as well as our hands to push, pull, stretch
and twist the body. All the manuvers are customized to
suit the persons individual flexability. The overall
results from a Thai Massage session are increased
flexibility, a more balanced energy flow through the body,
improved posture and an overall sense of well being. The
positive effects felt after a Thai Massage can last for
days.
The cost of this 90 minute class is only $20 for
individuals, $30 for couples. Child care will be
available for $2.50 per child per hour. So....no
excuses!!! Come on out and learn something you can hand
down from generation to generation.
