Leslie Monger is a 2002 graduate from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy as well as a Virginia Tech alumni.
Before opening LKN Massage at the Mind Body Experience Yoga Center in the Lake Norman area, she had a private practice in Davidson for 3 years. She also spent 2 years at “Complete Healthcare” Chiropractic in the university area of Charlotte, NC. While in Davidson and the University areas she worked with many of the college athletes. Leslie continues working with the women’s volleyball and swim teams at Davidson, and volunteers her time in the training rooms as well.
Leslie offers a signature Swedish massage, that combines heat pacs, hot stones, and long gliding strokes with just the right pressure to release those aching trigger points. Other types of massage available are Hot Stone Massage, Pre-Natal, and Deep Tissue. Leslie has been specifically trained in Neuromuscular Therapy to relieve chronic pain and muscle tension. She is also certified at a Level 2 in Thai Massage.
